After the Women IPL auction was concluded on 13th Feb, the players of the teams were shared by authorities. The teams have bid for the best players, and the newcomers have been given the opportunity to get the experience.

WPL Teams Total Budget 2023
The stats show a record spent at the Women’s Cricket in the 2023 Women IPL auction. The team owners have spent a total of Rupees 59,50,00,000 to bid for the best players available at the auction this year. Around 87 players were on the list to be placed bid upon.

The players are bought at huge prices, as mentioned above. The WPL media rights were bought by Viacom18, they made a deal of Rs 951 Cr. They have got the rights for five straight years through this deal.
