WBCS Prelims Result 2023
The WBCS has announced their Preliminary exam result. The aspirants for the post of Supervisor (Female Only). The exam was conducted to fill the vacancies in the Department Of Women & Child Development & Social Welfare. The board has released the list of all the selected candidates.
The written exam was a Preliminary Screening Test based on the multiple choice questions pattern. The result will be provided on the basis of marks achieved in Paper 1 and paper 2. It was conducted in various districts of West Bengal. The main exam will be going to be held in Kolkata only.

WBPSC Cut-off Marks 2023
The Commission will decide the qualifying marks. The cut-off will be announced on the official website. The cut-off will be determined as per the number of candidates who appeared in the exam, the difficulty level of the exam, and previous years’ scores. The categories listed are General, SC, ST, OBC or a Person with Disability. The expected cut-off marks are provided below in the table.

The candidates who will pass the three rounds conducted by the commission will be provided with a pay scale ranging from Rs.7,100 to Rs. 37,600. The candidates will be called for the physical test as well for the post. The candidates should be physically and mentally sound to work on this post.
West Bengal Public Service Commission Selection Process:
The candidates who will get selected will then have to appear for the Main Examination. The selection process is provided on the official website of the West Bengal Public Service Commission (WBPSC). The phases of the exam include :
- Written Preliminary Test
- Written Main Examination
- Interview or Viva-voce Exam
The candidates will have to produce documents when called by the authorities of the Commission. The candidates are required to show the original documents regarding their educational background and other details.
WBPSC Merit List PDF Download 2023
The merit list will be uploaded by the Commission. The list will consist of the names of women candidates who passed the examination with good scores. The merit list of the Supervisor posts will be in PDF form. You can download the merit list from the link that will be made available by WBPSC.
The merit list will be released category-wise by the Public Service Commission of West Bengal. Then the board will organise the written test and viva-voce test. The merit list will have the roll numbers, names, categories and marks obtained by each one of them. How to Check WBCS Prelims Result 2023?
The West Bengal Supervisor post exam was conducted for interested candidates recently. The vacancies were released for the Women candidates to be recruited in the Department Of Women & Child Development & Social Welfare. They can now check their result by following the steps mentioned here. The steps are:
- We first have to go to the official website of the West Bengal Public Service Commission (WBPSC).
- Then on the home page look for the Result of the post of Supervisor (Female only) of ICDS,2019 Under the Department of Women & Child Development & Social Welfare, Govt. of West Bengal in the Result/Recommendation tab and click on it.
- Then a list of results released with their Examination /Post will appear.
