The SSC GD examination is going to be held in the coming months. The Commission has released the news regarding the recruitment can be checked on the official portal of the SS. The SSC GD examination forms will be made available from 27th October 2022.

The recruitment examination will be organised for the Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), SSF, Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles and Sepoy in Narcotics Control Bureau. The notification of recruitment emphasised the participation of women candidates.

SSC GD Notification 2023

The notification was released recently stating all the terms of the SSC GD Recruitment. In addition, the notification mentions the important dates regarding the application form and fee deposit. The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) decides the recruitment scheme for such appointments.

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will hold an open competition and recruit candidates through direct recruitment. The notification elaborates on the vacancies as per the categories tabled by the authorities. It states that there are around 24369 vacancies. SSC General Duty Form 2023

The eligible candidates who have passed 10th class from a recognised board are expected to fill out the SSC GD forms. The process to fill up the exam form is provided in the recruitment notification itself. The process consists of two parts, the One-time Registration and the Filling of an online Application for the examination.

The form will require your basic details, then the additional and contact details and then you have to make the final submission to proceed to the next part of the form filling. The next phase will ask you to fill in details regarding the post, educational qualifications and previous job profile. The document required at the time of form filling is also provided in the notification.

SSC GD Apply Online 2023

The candidates shall apply for the SSC General Duty examination. The application form is only filled out on the official portal, @ssc.nic.in. Therefore, the applicants should avoid the last-minute hustle and bustle and shall fill out the form before the last date.

The SSC General Duty fee is nominal; the applicant is required to pay Rs 100 to apply online. The good thing is candidates who are women and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Ex-servicemen (ESM) who fulfil the criteria to get the reservation are not required to make any payment.

SSC GD Date 2023

The SSC GD examination is going to get scheduled for January 2023. The dates regarding the SSC GD recruitment process id mentioned in the table below.

SSC GD Exam Scheme 2023

The examination will be computer-based to recruit fresh candidates. There will be 80 objective-type questions of two marks each. All of them will be Multiple Choice questions. The question will be based on the following subjects:

• General Intelligence and Reasoning
• General Knowledge and General Awareness
• Elementary Mathematics
• English/ Hindi

The SSC GD exam paper will have a negative marking of 0.05 marks for each wrong one marked by you. There will be no re-evaluation or re-checking of the marks you achieved. The answer key will soon be placed on the official portal once the General Duty exam is held smoothly.
