HP Police SI ASI Eligibility Criteria 2023
As we all know, the hiring process will soon begin; in the meantime, confirm your eligibility for the test. Before applying, ensure you are eligible.
Nationality Factor: Only Indian citizens can apply to take the exam.
Age Restrictions Factor: The minimum and maximum ages for eligibility are 18 and 40. Candidates must be between 21 and 30 to be eligible to apply for the Inspector position. Age relaxation will be applicable as per government norms.
Education requirements Factor: For applying, the ex-serviceman must have worked for the department for at least three years. Applicants for the constable position must complete their 12th grade from an accredited board. They must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum GPA of 45% to be eligible for the Inspector position.

HP Police Selection Process
Written Test Step: This test is necessary for all applicants for the positions of constable, sub-inspector, driver, lower division assistant, stenographer, etc. Candidates cannot participate in the following selection phases without passing this exam.
Physical Standard Test Step: The applicant must meet the Himachal Pradesh Police’s physical requirements.
Physical Efficiency Test Step: This test measures the candidate’s physical strength through various activities such as high and long jump, pull-ups, and push-ups.
Personality Test Step: A personality test examines whether the candidate is a good fit for the position. This test contains 15 marks.
