At the press conference held to inform the Gujarat Election dates, the Election Commissioner Anup Chandra Pandey, along with the Chief Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar, were present. There are 182 seats in the Legislative Assembly, and they will be bifurcated as 89 to polls in the first and 93 in the second phase.
