Budget 2023 Date & Time

Budget Session 2023

The budget session will commence in Parliament on 31st January 2023. Our Honourable President, Droupadi Murmu, will be addressing Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha joint sitting in the central hall to begin the session. Firstly the economic survey would be placed before the houses.

After this, there will be a Motion of Thanks to the revered President. Then there will be a discussion on the Budget. The PM, Mr Narendra Modi, will be responding to the debates raised during the discussion. Then in the second part, the focus will be on the Demand od grants. The money bill/ budget will be passed then. The session will be concluded around April 6th.

Budget 2023 Expectations

Each year people expect that they can get some relaxation from the rising prices. The FM will be sharing the fifth Budget before the 2024 general elections. The budget will be prepared by the Department of Economic Affairs after getting input from all the departments.

The budget will make way for foreign manufacturers. The health sector is more likely to get more funds due to rising needs. This will help them prepare for the threatening variants that are being discovered. MGNREGA and others would get more funds to help out the rural people.

The Union government will be working on the capital expenditure. The previous budget focused on recovery due to the pandemic. The FY24 budget is more inclined to work towards the growth of the economy and lure investors.

Budget 2023 Income Tax

The employees who are salaried pay income tax. With this budget, they are hoping that they might get some tax relief. Any significant change in the tax regulation in Union Budget 2023 will influence their finance and budgeting. The government announced a few schemes reading this last budget.

The government in 2023-24 Annual Financial Statement is expected to introduce new schemes from the need areas. The government will take steps to bring more growth through contemporary schemes.

They are also working on bringing new schemes regarding health, tax, food, finance, transport, Education, Security, etc. The money will be assigned to the ministry to bring life to the schemes and proper implementation of the schemes.

  1. There is no benefit at all for lower middle class family . It is all about drama from Indian goverernt system . half of budget will go corpatre loan adani & ambani .

    Please give some tax rebates and rise the income tax slabs for salaried class madam.

  3. Income Tax system is very worst in India. It is not in favor of Lower and middle class salaried employee. I totally against it.

  4. mdm ji plz do anything to eps95 pensioners as we r paid very less pension though we contributed 12+12% of our actual salary .Rs.1000 to 2000 pension only
