The government of India issued the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB PM-JAY), or Prime Minister’s People’s Health Scheme, four years ago on 23rd September 2018. It is also known as the Ayushman Bharat National Health Protection Scheme (NHPS). The main aim of this scheme is to provide health insurance of up to five lakhs for families whose annual income is less than five lakhs. Ayushman Bharat Card Apply Online 2023

• First, open the official Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB PM-JAY) web portal pmjay.gov.in on your device.
• Afterward, go to the upper menu bar of the homepage and click on the option named ‘Am I Eligible’.
• Next, enter the Mobile Number you want to register for the scheme and carefully type the Captcha Code.
• Now, press the ‘Generate OTP’ button.
• After that, type the One Time Password (OTP) that you have acquired on your Registered Mobile Number (RMN).
• Next, you will find the link to apply for the new Ayushman Bharat Card on your screen.
• Carefully fill out the whole application form and attach the mandatory documents with it.
• Now, click on the Submit button.
• After submitting all the documentation, you will receive the Ayushman Bharat Card Number.

NOTE- Remember to use the Mobile Number on which you are currently active, as the updates will be sent on it.

AB Card Status Check Process 2023

• Firstly, go to the official web portal of the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB PM-JAY), i.e., pmjay.gov.in, on your device.
• After that, login into the portal with the login details that you have received during the registration procedure.
• Next, enter your Aadhar Card or Mobile Number and Captcha Code and proceed further.
• After that, you will receive an OTP that you have to enter to check your application status.
• Now, you will see a link to check the application status on your screen.
• Click on that link, and the status will show on your device’s screen.
