AFCAT Exam Date 2023
The Indian Air Force (IAF) has recently announced the AFCAT Exam Date of 2023 on its official web portal. According to the official notification, the Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) 2023 is scheduled to be held on 24th February 2023, 25th February 2023, and 26th February 2023. Along with the Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT), the Engineering Knowledge Test (EKT) will also be organized for the aspirants. The Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) will be conducted online for Technical aspirants only. Non-Technical aspirants must participate in both Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) and Engineering Knowledge Test (EKT).

The Air Force Common Admission Test will be conducted in two shifts, i.e., the morning shift and the evening shift. The morning shift will start at 09:45 AM and will end at 11:45 AM. On the other hand, the timings for the evening shift are 14:45 PM to 16:45 PM. Online registrations for the Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) 2023 have been completed already.
The online portal for the application submission procedure was opened on 1st December 2022 and remained open till 30th December 2022. The official notification was uploaded on 1st December 2022. The registration fee/ charge was INR 250 for all aspirants. As per the official notification, the Indian Air Force (IAF) has issued a total of 258 vacancies for the post of Group ‘A’ Gazetted Officers in Flying, Ground Duty (Technical) and Ground Duty (Non-Technical) for both male and female aspirants.
AFCAT 1 Exam 2023
There will be 100 Objective Type and Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) for 300 marks in the Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) 2023. While in Engineering Knowledge Test (EKT), there will be 50Objective Type and Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) for 150 marks. Aspirants will get 2 hours for Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) 2023 and 45 minutes for Engineering Knowledge Test (EKT).

Moreover, each correct answer in both tests will be of 3 marks, and 1 mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer. In Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT), there will be questions related to Numerical Ability, General Awareness, Military Aptitude Tests, and Verbal Ability in English. While in Engineering Knowledge Test (EKT), there will be questions related to Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, and Computer Science.

AFCAT Admit Card Download 2023
- First, open the official web portal of the Indian Air Force (IAF), i.e., afcat.cdac.in, on your computer.
- Next, find the link related to the AFCAT Admit Card 2023 and then press the link.
- Now, enter your Email ID, Username, Security Code, password, etc. and login into the portal.
- Afterwards, your hall ticket for the Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) 2023 will appear on your screen.
- Lastly, take out a coloured printout of the hall ticket after tapping on the Download button.
AFCAT 1 Hall Ticket Release Date 2023
According to the official notification, the Indian Air Force (IAF) will upload the admit card or hall ticket for the upcoming Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) 2023 on 8th February 2023. The hall ticket will be available on the official web portal provided by the Indian Air Force (IAF). Aspirants will get their hall tickets on their registered Email IDs also.
It is important to note that without an Orginal AFCAT 1 Hall Ticket 2023, the centre will not grant entry to any aspirant under any circumstances. A valid and government-authorized identity proof like Aadhaar Card, Voter ID Card, etc., is also mandatory to carry along with the hall ticket at the examination centre.
